Delete your StarQuest account and data

You can delete your StarQuest family account and the associated data at any time, directly from the app. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to delete your data

1. Email us at support@bilfinance.dev from the email address used for your StarQuest account, with the subject line "StarQuest deletion request".
2. Confirm in the reply that you own the account (we may ask you to verify your email).
3. We will permanently delete your family account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.

This removes all family members, children's profiles, chores, tasks, rewards, and related data belonging to your family.

What gets deleted

• Account credentials and sign-in information
• Family profile and member list
• Children profiles, chores, tasks and reward history
• All other data stored for your account

What is NOT deleted automatically

Crash logs may be retained in anonymised/aggregated form for stability analysis. This data cannot be used to identify you.
